Living With the Wind
This is a beautiful poem!
She loved living with the wind Her feet on the ground and her head in the clouds The wind took her by the hand and she followed Like a kite not meant to be earthbound She bestowed her love with abandon but her attentions were brief For the wind would call to her Yet, like a fragrance you can't quite name... for a few, she lingered For those, she left longing in the night never to be forgotten And those few whispered her name Seeking the girl living with the windCopyright (C) 2021 Penny Wilson *Inspired by the poem by Charles Lindholm "She Had a Gypsy Heart"
