Faith Filled Friday: TOO HARD FOR GOD?

January 6, 2017

This is from the David A. Wood Ministries. I don’t believe there’s anything too hard for God. A friend of mine once said that she would not believe in God until he could make a rock too big for him to pick up. Our sun in fairly large as well as hot, that alone should a good indication of God’s might. But He did not create it with his hands–God spoke everything into existence except for Adam and Eve. He made them with his hands. That to me is what is truly awesome!  ~ Connie

Jeremiah 32:27 – God first reveals his nature and then asks the probing question:
[His nature]    “Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh:
[His probing question]    “Is there anything too hard for me?”

2 There is no promise – too hard for God to fulfill!
Isaiah 7:14; Joshua 21:43-45, 23:14; Genesis 18:10-14; 2 Peter 1:4

3 There is no problem – too hard for God to solve!

4 There is no pain – too deep for God to heal!
Genesis 41:51-52
God enabled Joseph to forget and be fruitful in the land of his affliction.

5 There is no prayer – too great for God to answer!
Isaiah 38:1-8; Acts 12:1-9

6 There is no project – too hard for God to finish!
Nehemiah 6:15-16
Tabernacle – today’s cost 10 million dollars: Exodus 25:1-9
Temple – today’s cost 184 billion dollars: 1 Chronicles 28:20

7 There is no power – too hard for God to conquer!

There is nothing too hard for our God!
