Embrace Serendipity

An early start on Saturday got us into Burns about 2:00 — and already the campground was full, full, full.  It was good we called ahead at least we got one of the overflow sites! And it  wasn’t bad at all.  A little close to the entrance, but quite comfortable — and what a CLEAN and friendly park!

June 7 Tomorrow’s plan

A total of 270 miles for the day and afterwards we called it quits with a nice pork chop dinner — made at home (after too many restaurant meals in the last week while the coach was in the shop).  To think I used to enjoy dining out.  Now I’d much rather eat at home (in the coach) but too often we don’t plan ahead very well (it’s that unscripted bit) and end up eating out for lack of having thought ahead!

The Burns RV Park is a nice place…
